High Point Preserve is a new luxury residential apartment complex in Northeast Austin with two resort-style pools, two 24-hour fitness centers, and a dog park. Preserved wild land surrounds the community, which also borders the Big Walnut Creek Nature Preserve. Residents can work or play in the city, and drive (or Uber) fifteen minutes home to the peace and quiet of their own nature preserve.

As part of the city's Workforce Housing program, High Point Preserve is an income-restricted community. There are apartments reserved for three different income brackets.
